Hi, I'm Samantha
I love making cakes, cookies, and sweets of all kinds and for all occasions.
I’ve worked at restaurants and bakeries in New York and across the country, including the Pebble Beach Resorts, the Todd English Food Hall at the Plaza Hotel, and Saxon+Parole. Most recently, I was the Pastry Chef at BKLYN Larder. I have a degree in French cooking technique from the New England Culinary Institute in Burlington, VT and completed the intensive L’Art du Gâteau program under Sebastien Canonne at the French Pastry School in Chicago, IL.
My passions include cakes of all kinds and handmade sugar flowers. From large wedding cakes to desserts for small birthday parties, I can prepare the perfect dessert menu for you and your guests. I look forward to working with you.
