How far in advance to I need to place my order?
For weddings, please contact Samantha six months before your wedding date, to ensure availability and to leave time for your consultation and tasting. Non-wedding orders typically require one week of notice.
How much do your cakes cost?
Birthday and occasion cakes start at $75, plus tax and delivery.
Wedding cakes start at $6 per serving, plus tax and delivery, and some minimum orders apply during peak months and for delivery outside of New York City. Pricing details and options will be available during your tasting. There is also a $75 tasting fee for weddings, which is waived with your order of $600 or more.
How much does delivery cost?
For weddings, delivery is $75 to venues within Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens. Please contact Samantha for delivery fees for the Bronx, Staten Island, or outside of New York City. Delivery for weddings is available to Long Island, New Jersey, the Hudson Valley, western Connecticut, and the Berkshires.

What payment methods do you accept?
Samantha accepts cash, checks, and credit card. Please note that a 3% fee will be added if paying by credit card.
Can I pick up my order in person?
At this time, orders are delivery only.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required for orders $300 and over.
Do you offer cake tastings?
Yes, tastings are part of the consultation process for all wedding cakes. Please see Weddings for more details.
How big are your cakes and how many people can they serve?
- 8-inch, 3-layer cakes serve 10-16 people (starting at $75)
- 10-inch, 3-layer serve 20-30 people (starting at $95)
- 12-inch, 3-layer cakes serve 25-35 people (starting at $145)
- 1/4-sheet, 3-layer cakes serve 30-35 (starting at $125)

Do you offer gluten free or vegan cakes?
Yes, both gluten free and vegan options are available for an additional charge. Please note that cakes are not prepared in a gluten-free facility.
Can you accommodate individuals with food allergies?
Many cakes can be made without certain ingredients. However, cakes are prepared in a facility in which nuts and other allergens are used.
